Who we are

Contacting me

The website currently provides email and phone links. It does not offer an active contact form, assessment submission or online booking service. Clicking the email link opens your own email application; no message is sent until you send it.

If you contact me, I receive the contact information and any business details or messages you choose to share. I use them to respond, discuss your requirements and manage our correspondence. This is necessary for my legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Where you ask me to provide services for yourself, it may also be necessary to take steps towards a contract.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential information about other people unless we have agreed an appropriate way to share it.

Hosting, security and analytics

Fasthosts provides the website hosting and email service. Website and email providers may process information and keep technical records for delivery, security and reliability. WordPress and website security tools may process IP addresses and other technical information to protect the site.

Google Site Kit is installed on the website, and Google Analytics tagging is present. Analytics technology may use cookies and online identifiers to measure website use. Google may process data outside the UK, subject to its applicable data-protection arrangements. You can control cookies through your browser settings. This notice will be updated as the website tools change.

Keeping your information

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond and manage the discussion. I review it and delete information that is no longer needed, taking account of the purpose of the enquiry, any continuing business relationship and legal or dispute-related requirements. Client records may need to be retained for longer under the arrangements agreed for the engagement.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to me and authorised providers who need it to deliver or protect the services used. I do not sell enquiry information or automatically add people who contact me to a marketing mailing list.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, or request a portable copy where that right applies. Contact charlie@chc.international to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
